We are tucked away in C R Park at M 55, which is a pretty well-known part of New Delhi. Colt Technologies Pvt Ltd has been here for a bit, and we’ve grown fond of the local vibe, especially the food around the markets nearby. Our office isn’t anything you’d see in a magazine; it’s just a practical space with desks, some old chairs, and a lot of cables. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy entrance. Most of us have been working together for years, so we don't need many rules to keep things moving. We just show up, do what needs doing, and head home. It’s an honest way to work. The building at M 55 is sturdy and keeps the Delhi heat out mostly, though we do rely on the AC quite a bit during the summer months. There is no corporate ladder here, really. If something goes wrong, whoever is closest to the problem just fixes it. We don’t really use big words to describe what we do because it feels a bit fake. Instead, we just say we’re a small team in C R Park handling our business. Sometimes we have lunch together in the office, and other times everyone just does their own thing. It’s a simple setup, and it works for us because it’s grounded and doesn't pretend to be something it’s not.
