Codeacademia Technologies is based out of Greater Kailash II, at S 273. It’s a well-known part of New Delhi, so most people don't have trouble finding the general area. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular building where we spend our days. We do a lot of work with technology and learning. It started because a few of us liked to code and thought we could make a living out of it. It’s been a few years now. The office is usually filled with the sound of fans and keyboards. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing. No one is checking what time you walk in as long as the projects are moving along. Greater Kailash has some good spots for lunch, which is probably the highlight of our day sometimes. We deal with software and tech problems that can get pretty frustrating, so having a good meal helps. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We’re a small group that knows each other well. We have our arguments about how to fix a bug, but we usually figure it out over a cup of chai. It’s just how we operate. We don't spend money on fancy marketing, we just focus on the screen in front of us.
