We are tucked away on Church Lane in Jungpura Bhogal, which is a bit of a maze if you aren’t used to it. The office is at T-14, and it’s where we do all our coding and development. It’s a small team, so you won’t find any big departments or complicated hierarchies here. We just sit at our desks and try to solve whatever bugs are popping up that day. The area outside is always buzzing with people going to the market or the church nearby, so there’s a lot of life right on our doorstep. Sometimes we have to shout over the noise of the traffic to be heard in a meeting. We’ve got computers everywhere and old coffee mugs that probably should have been washed yesterday. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment. We don’t spend time making fancy presentations for ourselves. We just write the code and hope the servers stay up. Being in New Delhi 110014 means we are close to everything, which is nice when we need a break. We’ve had some long nights here when a deadline is staring us in the face, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. It’s a plain office with simple furniture and a lot of focus. We just like building things that work and staying out of the way of the big corporate drama you find elsewhere. It’s just us, some monitors, and a lot of work.
