Cipher Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Our office is over at A-80 in the Dda Shed area. It is right in Okhla Industrial Area, Phase II. It is a bit of a crowded place with lots of traffic and noise outside from the other shops. Inside Cipher Technologies Pvt. Ltd., it is mostly quiet except for the sound of keyboards clicking and some server fans humming in the corner. We have desks pushed together and wires running along the walls in a messy way. It is not a glass building like you see in the movies. It is a real workspace where we spend long hours looking at screens and trying to figure things out. Some of us have been here since the start and we know the neighborhood and the food stalls pretty well now. There is a small tea place around the corner where we usually go when the computers get too much for our eyes to handle. The walls are painted a plain white and we have a few old posters hanging up. We handle a lot of data and tech work, but it feels more like a workshop than anything else. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit there talking until the backup kicks in. It is a practical place to work and get things done. We do not have fancy coffee machines or bean bags to sit on. We just have our computers and our chairs and each other. If you walk past the shed, you might not even notice we are here.
