We are located at No. 188 in the Dsidc Sheds over in Okhla Phase I. This area is pretty well known for being a hub of all kinds of businesses, and we have been tucked away in this shed for a while now. We deal with computers and everything that goes with them. Sometimes it’s a bit cramped with all the boxes and hardware piled up, but we know where everything is. People come to us when their systems aren't working or when they need to upgrade something. It’s a lot of technical talk throughout the day, mixed with the sound of fans and keyboards. Okhla is a busy place, and the parking can be a real nightmare, but we are right in the thick of it. We have seen computers change from big bulky boxes to the slim things they are now. Our staff knows their way around a motherboard and can usually figure out what’s wrong pretty fast. We aren't a big corporate showroom with glass walls and carpets. It’s more of a practical workspace where we get things done. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or trying to track down a specific part that a customer needs. It’s a fast-paced environment because technology doesn't wait for anyone. We just keep our heads down and make sure the machines are running properly before they go out the door.
