Chaman Techniks is located at F-90/17 in Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-I. If you’ve ever been to Okhla, you know it’s a maze of factories and small units. Our place is one of those units where we handle technical work and assembly. The building is older, and the walls have seen better days, but it’s a solid place to work. We have a mix of old and new equipment, and there’s always something that needs fixing or adjusting. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit. We are usually in work clothes, sometimes with grease on our hands. The noise from the neighboring units is constant, but you stop noticing it after the first hour. We deal with technical parts and sometimes the drawings are complicated, so we spend a lot of time huddled over a table trying to figure out the best way to put something together. There’s a lot of back and forth with the workers on the floor to make sure the things are right. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just want to make sure the things we build work correctly when they get to the customer. Okhla is a tough place to work because of the traffic and the heat, but there’s a lot of energy here too. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s what we’ve done for years and we don't plan on stopping anytime soon. It's just what we do.
