Our place is at 118-Karamchari Colony, which is a bit of a walk from the main road but easy enough to find once you know the turns. The colony has its own vibe, and we have been part of it for some time now. Our office isn't anything you would see in a glossy magazine. It’s a functional space with white walls and some old chairs that we probably should have replaced a long time ago. We have a few big tables pushed together to make one long workspace where most of the team sits. It’s better for talking to each other without having to get up every five minutes. We handle a lot of info-tech stuff, which basically means we are always plugged into something or another. The kitchen area is small, usually with a few empty biscuit packets lying around until someone finally decides to clean up. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that; usually, it's just jeans and t-shirts. On hot days, we all crowd around the one AC unit that actually works well. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when we have everyone in at once, but we manage. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny lobby or leather couches. We just want a place where we can sit down, open our laptops, and get through the list of things we need to do before the sun goes down. It is just honest work in a plain office that suits us fine.
