Cdm Technologies & Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is based at A 6, First Floor, in Vishwakarma Colony. We are right on M.B. Road, which is a major route, so there’s always a lot of movement outside. The office is on the first floor, so it’s easy to walk up and down. We focus on various technology solutions for other businesses. This mostly means we spend our time on computers, looking at data and writing reports. The space is fairly basic, with standard office chairs and some old filing cabinets that we should probably replace. Vishwakarma Colony has a lot of small businesses, so there’s a sense of being part of a local community. We know the guys at the tea stall downstairs pretty well. Inside, it’s usually a bit of a mess with papers and hard drives lying around. We don't have a professional cleaning crew that comes in every night, so we mostly tidy up after ourselves. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a relief in the summer. We have a small area where we keep a kettle and some snacks. It’s not a place for big meetings or fancy presentations. We just get our work done and head home. The traffic on M.B. Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we often stay a bit late to avoid the worst of it. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people doing their jobs every day.
