We've been here in Mehrauli for a while now, right on the ground floor of T-22/11. It's a busy spot but we like it here. Most days we are just fixing laptops or helping people pick out parts they need for their home setups. The shop isn't huge, but we keep it organized enough to find what we need quickly. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when three people come in at once asking about different things, but we manage. My brother helps out on the weekends too. People usually drop by because they know where we are and it's easier than going all the way into the city for a simple repair. We deal with a lot of hardware stuff, some software updates, and the usual printer issues that drive everyone crazy. It’s not fancy work, just everyday tech support for the neighbors and small businesses around this part of New Delhi. We've got wires all over the workbench most mornings, but that's just how a computer place looks when things are getting done. We don't have a big sign out front, just the one near the door so you know it's us. If you're walking past the house, you'll see the screens glowing inside. We stay pretty busy but there's always time to look at a broken screen or a slow computer. It's steady work and we've gotten to know the people around the ground floor area quite well over the years. We keep some spare parts in the back room just in case.
