We’re based out of M-34 in Lajpat Nagar- 4, which is a pretty lively and loud part of town to be in. Catalysts Services isn't a huge company with hundreds of people and fancy suites. We’re just a small group of folks working out of this particular office. Most of our day involves sitting at our desks and making sure everything is running smoothly for the people we help. It’s not always exciting, but it’s steady work that pays the bills. The office is okay, nothing special to look at, just some chairs and tables and a lot of power cords running everywhere. We’ve been here for a good few years now and we’ve gotten used to the constant noise from the street outside. There are some great places to grab a quick bite to eat nearby, so we never go hungry during our lunch breaks. We don't really have a mission statement or anything like that on the walls. We just try to do our jobs properly and keep our clients from getting annoyed with us. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it’s dead silent for hours. We actually prefer the busy days because time goes by much faster when you have things to do. Our team is quite diverse but we all get along well enough at the end of the day. We don't do any big fancy meetings or anything formal. Usually, we just shout across the room if we need someone to help out with something. It’s an informal place to work.
