Our office is at E-261 in Amar Colony, which is over in Lajpat Nagar IV. This area is quite a mix of people living here and small businesses like ours. At Bips Systems Pvt Ltd, we work out of a space that feels more like a converted home than a stiff office building. It makes the whole place feel a bit more relaxed, though we still keep busy. We have our servers and workstations set up in different rooms, and the cables are tucked away as best as we can manage. There is a lot of activity outside on the street, with delivery bikes and people going to the local shops. We usually have the radio playing quietly in the background while we work. We don't really do much in the way of advertising or self-promotion. Most of what we do is just day-to-day systems work that keeps us at our desks for most of the week. We have a small area where we can sit and have a chat when things aren't too hectic. The furniture is a bit old, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. We’re just a regular team doing our jobs in a familiar neighborhood. We like being in Amar Colony because it’s easy to get to and has a nice local feel to it. It gets a bit dark in the evenings, but the streetlights outside make it feel safe enough when we’re leaving the building.
