We are based in the Okhla Industrial Area, specifically Phase-1. Our address is B-216. If you know Okhla, you know it’s a place that never really stops. There are trucks and cars everywhere, and the sound of machines is pretty common. Our building is a standard industrial block. We have a floor where we set up all our equipment and desks. It’s a very practical space. We don’t have any fancy art on the walls or expensive rugs. It’s mostly just functional furniture and a lot of computers. Bigfraction India is where we come to work every morning. The commute can be a bit of a struggle because the roads get so clogged. But once we are inside, it’s our own space. We have a small area where we keep the kettle for tea. That’s the most important part of the office for many of us. We deal with a lot of different tasks throughout the day. It’s not always easy, but we manage. The team is a mix of people who have been here for a while and some new faces. We don't really have a hierarchy that anyone cares about. We just sit down and get on with whatever needs doing. It’s dusty outside because of all the construction and industry, but we keep our bit clean. It's a solid place to work if you don't mind the noise of the industrial area.
