We have been operating out of F 13 in Okhla Phase 1 for quite some time. New Delhi can be a bit overwhelming with the heat and the crowds, but this spot works for us. It is an industrial area, so there are always trucks moving around and people rushing to get things finished. The building itself is pretty straightforward. No marble floors or anything like that. We just have our desks and the equipment we need to do our work. Bharti Telesoft Ltd has a lot of people who have been here since the start. We usually grab lunch from the local vendors or bring something from home. It is a very normal office environment. We handle software tasks and technical bits throughout the day. Some days are busier than others, especially when we have a deadline looming. We don't really go for those corporate retreats or big speeches. We just show up, do the job, and go home. The Metro isn't too far away, which helps some of us get here without getting stuck in too much traffic. Sometimes the power flickers, but that is just part of living in this city. It is a grounded place where people actually talk to each other instead of just sending emails across the room. We like it that way. It feels real and not like some manufactured image.
