Bharat Infotech

We have been operating out of Plot No. 94 in Lajpat Nagar for quite a long time now. It is Part II, and we are situated right near Asha Medical, which usually helps people find us easily. The shop itself is not very large, but it is enough for the three of us to work. Bharat Infotech is a small business we started because we liked messing around with computers and saw that people in the neighborhood needed help. We spend most of our time surrounded by open CPU cabinets, loose screws, and a lot of tangled wires. It is not always the cleanest place, but we know where every tool is kept. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside, so we spend our mornings just wiping down the screens. We do not have any fancy furniture or a big reception area. There are a couple of plastic chairs for people to sit on while we take a look at their machines. We try to be honest about what is wrong. If a laptop is too old to fix, we will just say so instead of taking your money. The area around here is always noisy with traffic, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We usually get our tea from the stall at the corner, and that is where we do most of our talking. It is a simple life, just fixing things and helping out folks in Lajpat Nagar. We do not do much advertising, just people telling their friends about us.
