Bats Software (P) Ltd.

Our office is tucked away in the Millennium Business Center over at 34 Corner Market in Malviya Nagar. It’s a busy spot, especially in the afternoons when the market outside really picks up. We’re mostly sitting behind screens here at Bats Software (P) Ltd., trying to figure out why a piece of code isn't working or looking for ways to make things run smoother for the people who use our stuff. The desks are usually a mess of wires, half-empty mugs, and notebooks filled with scribbles. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, you just walk in and someone will look up from their monitor to wave. Some days it’s quiet with everyone wearing headphones, and other days we’re all talking over each other trying to solve a problem. Malviya Nagar is a good place to be because there’s always somewhere close to grab a quick snack when we’ve been working too long without a break. We’ve had some long nights here, especially when a deadline is coming up fast. It’s not a corporate skyscraper vibe, more like a group of people who actually enjoy figuring things out together. The air conditioner hums in the background, and we just keep at it. We’ve seen the market change a bit over the years, but we’re still right here in the same corner, doing our thing and hoping the internet doesn’t go down while we're in the middle of something. It’s just how we work.
