Batra Infotech

Batra Infotech is a small setup located at G-29/26 in Rohini Sector 3. It’s basically a room filled with cables, monitors, and parts. I’ve lived in Rohini for years, so setting up here made sense. It’s not a fancy tech hub. It’s just a place where we fix things and help people with their computers. The shelves are usually stacked with boxes and old keyboards. Sometimes it takes a minute to find the right screwdriver because things get moved around. We handle a bit of everything, from software issues to broken hardware. It’s mostly just me and one other guy working here. We don't wear uniforms or anything like that. We just wear what’s comfortable and get to work. The street outside can get pretty noisy with the local traffic, but we don't mind. We get a lot of students and families from the neighborhood coming in. Most people find us because they live nearby or a friend told them we could help. We don't have a big website or a marketing person. We just focus on the machines on the workbench. It can get a bit dusty with all the fans running, but we try to keep it clean enough. It’s a straightforward business. We open the shutters in the morning and see who needs help that day. There’s always a cup of cold tea on my desk by noon.
