We are located in Sheikh Sarai Phase-2. It is a busy part of the city and there are always people coming and going. B F Health Centres Pvt. Ltd. is where we spend our days. Unlike those giant hospitals you see in the movies, this is a more modest place. We have some rooms for check-ups and a small area where people wait their turn. Keeping it clean and quiet is something we try to do, but with the traffic outside, there is always a bit of city noise coming through the windows. The staff here are just regular people who have been working in health for a long time. Knowing a lot of the families who live nearby is a nice part of the job because they have been coming to us for years. Big slogans aren't something we use. We just open the doors in the morning and see who needs help that day. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded and people have to wait longer than they want, but we do what we can. The desks are a bit old and the chairs might squeak, but the equipment works and that is what matters. It is a practical place for people in Sheikh Sarai to come when they aren't feeling well. Taking things one patient at a time helps us keep things organized. It’s a simple operation and we like it that way.
