You can find us at Shop No-1 in Thilak Khand, which is over in Giri Nagar, Kalkaji. We are really close to the main park, so we get to see a lot of greenery and people walking their dogs through the windows. Being in Delhi 110019 means things are always moving fast, but inside the shop, we try to keep a steady pace. It is a small shop, but it has been here for a good amount of time. We have the usual chairs and mirrors that you would expect to see in a place like Ayub Hair Cutting Saloon. The park across the way is a nice change from the dusty streets, and sometimes the breeze from that direction makes the shop feel a bit cooler. We get a lot of regulars who live in the Giri Nagar area and they usually come in for a quick trim or a shave. We know most of their names and what they like. The floor gets messy quickly with hair, but we try to keep it decent. Sometimes we have the radio playing in the background to fill the silence between customers. It is just a normal local shop where people come to get cleaned up. We don't do anything complicated, just standard cuts and shaves for the neighborhood guys who want to look a bit sharper before they head back out into the busy streets.
