Our small office is at 294 Gautam Nagar. It’s a simple residential-looking building that we’ve converted for our use. We don't have a big glass front or a fancy lobby area. Usually, the door is closed to keep the dust out from the street. When you walk in, it's just a couple of rooms with some desks and computers. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves. It’s been a bit of a journey, with good days and some really tough ones. We don't have a huge staff. It’s just us. We handle the calls, do the paperwork, and fix whatever needs fixing. Sometimes we lose track of time and realize it’s dark outside already. Gautam Nagar is a busy place, and there’s always something going on nearby. We don't really go out and advertise much. Most people who know us are from the area or were told about us by a friend. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just try to be helpful and get the job done right. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s ours. We take pride in the fact that we’ve kept things going without any big investors or fancy help. Just hard work and some long hours. We’re usually here until late if there is something that needs finishing. That is just how we operate.
