You can find us at A-245 in Hari Nagar Ashram. It’s an easy place to get to if you know the area. We have been working out of this spot for a while now, focusing on getting people into the right jobs. The office itself is quite plain. We have our computers and some filing cabinets and that’s about it. Most of our work happens on the phone or through the messages we get throughout the day. We named the place Avsarr Quest Pvt Ltd because it’s all about the search for that next chance. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us who know how the hiring process works. We see a lot of people coming in feeling a bit lost about their next step. We try to give them a clear idea of what’s available. The traffic around Hari Nagar can be a bit much, but once you’re inside the office, it’s quiet enough to get things done. We don't use any fancy systems, just honest work and keeping track of who is hiring. It’s a daily routine of sorting through applications and making sure we don't miss any details. We’ve grown to like this corner of Delhi and the people who live around here. It feels like a real community and we are just glad to be a part of it. There is always a lot to do but we enjoy the work.
