Avenstra Technologies Private Limited is located at C/O Shyamal Kumar Mukherjee in Prasastha. It’s a bit of a quiet area, which is perfect for the kind of technical work we do. We don't need a lot of noise when we’re trying to figure out a problem. The office is set up simply with just what we need to get through the day. We’ve been at this location for a while and have a good routine down. Usually, the first person in starts the tea, and then we just get to work. There’s no big mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just know what we have to do. Prasastha is a nice place to be, and we enjoy the pace here. Sometimes people from the neighborhood drop by just to say hello. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us who know our stuff and work well together. We handle a lot of different tech tasks, and every day is a little different from the last. We like the independence of running a smaller operation. It means we don't have to deal with a lot of red tape or pointless meetings. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get it finished before the day is over. It’s a simple, honest way to work, and we like it here.
