Ats Services Pvt. Ltd. is located at 317/7 in Amrit Puri, which is in the East of Kailash part of New Delhi. It’s a bit of a maze getting around here sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to the narrow streets and the way the sun hits the building in the afternoon. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s just a bunch of desks and a lot of wires. We do a lot of service work, which means the phones are almost always busy. We aren't corporate types who spend all day in meetings. Usually, we’re just sitting at our stations, trying to solve whatever issue has come up that morning. The team is small, and we all know each other well enough to know who takes their tea with too much sugar. We’ve been in East of Kailash for a while, and we like the vibe of the area. It feels alive. Work can be a bit chaotic at times, especially when deadlines are tight, but we manage to pull through by just putting in the hours. We don't have a philosophy or any of that stuff. We just have a job to do, and we do it as best as we can with what we have. It’s a real place with real people who get tired and frustrated just like anyone else. We just keep moving forward.
