Asd India Pvt. Ltd. is based in the Okhla Industrial Estate. We are in the NSIC STP Complex, in room number 208. Okhla is a very busy, crowded part of Delhi. There’s always trucks, rickshaws, and people moving around outside. Our office is in a big industrial complex that’s been there for years. It’s not a fancy glass tower like you see in Gurgaon. It’s more of a practical, hardworking space. We do a lot of technical work here. Being in the STP complex helps with the technical side of things. 208 is where we spend our hours every day. It’s filled with computers, cables, and stacks of paperwork. We’ve been here for a while now. Asd India Pvt. Ltd. is a small team. We know each other’s families and stories. There’s no corporate hierarchy feel here. We just talk to each other and get things done. The building itself is a bit old and the paint is peeling in some spots, but it does the job. We have everything we need to work. Lunch is usually something brought from home in tiffins. It’s a real industrial vibe with the noise of machines nearby. We don’t mind the noise. It feels like we are part of the city’s heart. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just focus on our tasks. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We stay till the work is finished. That’s just us.
