Arti Communications

Arti Communications is located in Okhla at Indira Kalyan Vihar A169. It is just a short walk away from several other small shops in the neighborhood. We have been working out of this spot for quite a while now. The building itself is quite old, but it stays relatively cool in the afternoon because of the shade from the taller buildings nearby. We handle a lot of daily phone recharges and basic repair jobs for the local residents. People often bring in mobile phones that have been dropped on the ground or accidentally got wet. We do our best to fix them using the tools we have on our small workbench. The shelves are packed with all sorts of different cables, connectors, and plastic cases for many kinds of phones. It gets a bit messy inside sometimes, but we usually know exactly where everything is kept. Okhla is a very fast-moving place and most people seem to be in a big hurry. We try to work as quickly as we can so they can get back to their jobs without much delay. We have a small television in the corner that we keep on just to hear the daily news. Sometimes we share a cup of tea with the person who runs the grocery shop next door. It is a quiet life inside the shop even though it is very noisy outside on the street. We do not have any complicated rules or corporate policies here. We just talk to people like normal and try to help them out.
