Arindam Panda

You can find us on the first floor at 80/23B in Malviyanagar. It is a busy area of New Delhi, but being up on the first floor helps us get away from the street level noise a bit. The name Arindam Panda is what is on the lease and the door. I have been in Malviyanagar for years, so I know where all the good tea stalls are nearby. The office itself is just a regular room. We have some old wooden furniture that has been around forever. It’s not the most modern looking place, but it is comfortable for us. There is a small window that looks out onto the street, and I spend a lot of time watching the people go by when I need a break. We don't have a lot of staff, just a couple of us who have known each other for a long time. We don't really believe in those fancy corporate meetings. We just talk about what needs to be done over a cup of chai and then we do it. The address 110017 is a good spot to be because everything is close by. It’s just a normal place where we work hard and go home when the sun goes down. Nothing more and nothing less than that. We just keep things moving along every day. Sometimes the fan makes a loud noise but we are used to it by now.
