We operate out of House No 447 in the DDA Flats in Badarpur. It’s a residential area, so Aquagreen Engineering Management P Ltd isn't some big glass office building. It’s just where we work. Being in the DDA flats means we are right in the middle of the neighborhood. We spend a lot of our time dealing with engineering projects and managing how things are built or maintained. It’s a lot of sitting around the table looking at blueprints and then heading out to the site to see what’s actually happening. Badarpur is a crowded part of Delhi, so getting around can take forever, which is why we like being based right here. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who know their way around an engineering problem. Sometimes we have meetings right in the living room area if the main desk is too cluttered. It’s a very informal way of doing things, but it works for us. We don't use any fancy management software or anything, just some notebooks and our laptops. The neighbors are used to seeing people come and go with rolls of paper and tools. It’s just a regular local business trying to keep things moving. We don't promise anything crazy; we just do the engineering work that needs doing and try to stay on top of the schedule.
