Working in Nehru Place is always an experience because of how crowded it gets every single day. We have our little spot here where we deal with all sorts of computer parts and peripherals. It’s a lot of boxes stacked up to the ceiling and people coming in asking for cables or specific hard drives that are hard to find. We’ve been here long enough to know most of the other shop owners around us. It’s a loud place with people shouting and carts moving through the narrow lanes. Our shop is just like many others, filled with tech gear and the smell of electronics. We don't really have a big fancy showroom, just a counter and some shelves. We spend the day checking inventory and helping people figure out what part they actually need for their home setups. It’s a lot of work keeping track of everything because the stock changes so fast in this market. Sometimes it feels like we are just one small part of a giant machine here in Nehru Place. We eat our lunch at our desks most days because it’s too busy to leave. It isn't a polished office environment, but it gets the job done and we know where everything is. If you spend enough time here, you get used to the chaos and the constant noise of the market.
