Alpha One Physiotherapy

We've been at 101 E 1 Street for a while now. Most people know us around Krishna Nagar. It's just a regular physiotherapy spot where we help folks get moving again. Maybe someone tripped or hurt their knee playing cricket. We see a lot of that here in New Delhi. The clinic isn't huge, just enough space for the mats and equipment. Usually, it's pretty busy in the mornings when people stop by before work. Sometimes the traffic on the way to S J Enclave makes patients late, but we try to be flexible. We don't have a fancy front desk or anything, just a desk where we keep the files. If you walk past the No 5 building, you'll see our sign. It's nothing flashy. We just focus on the exercises and making sure people do them right. Sometimes the exercises are boring, but that's just how it is. We talk a lot while working on people's joints. It makes the time go by faster. Lately, more office workers are coming in with neck strain from sitting too long. We just show them what to do. It’s practical work. No big miracles, just steady progress every week. We try to keep the place tidy, though it gets a bit cluttered with towels and bands. It’s a small operation, but we know our patients by name. We also try to keep the music low so everyone can relax during their session. It’s about getting back to normal life without pain.
