Allure Salon

Allure Salon is right in the heart of the Central Market in Lajpat Nagar, at number 46. If you know Central Market, you know it is one of the busiest places you can find in the city. There is always music playing from the nearby shops and people everywhere you look. Our salon is a busy little place. We have mirrors lining the walls and chairs that have seen a lot of use over the years. We spend our days cutting hair, doing nails, and talking to whoever walks through the front door. It gets really hectic on the weekends when everyone wants to look their best for an event. The floor is almost always covered in hair that needs to be swept up every few minutes. We don't have a fancy reception desk; you just walk in and we see when we can fit you into the schedule. It is a very lively atmosphere. We all work pretty close together because the space isn't huge. The air smells like hairspray and shampoo most of the time. We have been at this Lajpat Nagar location for a long time, so we know many of the regulars who stop by to say hello. We don't go for any of that corporate polish or fancy talk. We just work with our hands and talk to people about their day. It is a lot of standing up all day, which can be hard. We just like the market.
