Our place is over in Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-II. We are on the first floor of building B-12/2. It’s a typical industrial spot in Delhi, so it’s always busy and there’s always some kind of noise happening on the street below us. Inside, we try to keep things a bit cleaner because of the type of medical equipment we handle. It's a mix of an office and a small space for checking the gear. We have some metal shelves filled with various components and boxes waiting to be shipped out to customers. The team here is mostly technicians and a few people who handle the daily office work. We spend a lot of time looking at small parts and making sure everything works like it is supposed to. It’s not a glamorous job, and the building itself is getting a bit older, but it serves us well enough. Sometimes the power goes out in the middle of the day and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of being in this area. We don't do much in terms of marketing or sales pitches. Most of our work comes from long-standing relationships with various clinics and hospitals. We show up, check the inventory, answer the phone calls, and try to make sure we don't fall behind on the schedule. It’s a steady pace most days for us. We like being in Okhla because it is central for our deliveries. It is just a regular day-to-day operation.
