Ajay Kumar Jha runs things out of Godrej Bhawan over in Okhla, Delhi. If you have ever been to Okhla, you know it is an industrial kind of place with a lot of movement and noise. Godrej Bhawan is a well-known building in the area, so at least people don't get lost trying to find us. We are based in the Delhi-65 postal zone. The office itself is pretty functional. We have some sturdy desks, a few old chairs, and a lot of folders stacked up on the shelves. Ajay Kumar Jha is usually the first one in and the last one to leave. It is a busy atmosphere because there is always something that needs to be sorted out or a phone that won't stop ringing. Being in Delhi, you get used to the fast pace and the grey skies. We don't have any polished marble floors or fancy artwork. It’s just a place for work. We drink a lot of tea to keep going through the afternoon slump. Most of the people who work in the building know each other, so there is a bit of a community feel in the hallways. We don't spend time on fancy speeches or big plans. We just take each day as it comes and try to stay organized. It’s not always easy with the amount of work we have, but we get by. That is just how life is in Okhla. We work hard and keep things moving along even when the traffic outside is a total mess every single evening.
