Ahimsa Food

Ahimsa Food is based in the Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase I, at C-33. Being in an industrial area means there are a lot of trucks and factories around us. We have been here for a while, focusing on food products. It is a busy place where things are always moving. We have a kitchen area and a place for packing. It isn't a restaurant where you sit down and eat. It is more of a production spot. We spend our days checking ingredients and making sure everything is packed right. The name Ahimsa means something to us, but we don't go around giving long speeches about it. We just try to make good food that people can trust. The staff here is like a small family. Some people have been with us since we first opened the doors at C-33. We wear hairnets and aprons and spend a lot of time on our feet. The air usually smells like whatever we are cooking that day. It can get pretty hot in the summer, but we have some fans to keep the air moving. We aren't a massive food corporation with millions of dollars for ads. We are just a local business in Okhla doing our best. We deal with suppliers and distributors every day. It is a lot of logistics and hard work. We just want to keep making our products the way we always have and hope people enjoy them.
