Our office is currently set up at B-8 in a housing society over in South Extension-1, New Delhi. Even though our name mentions Noida, this is the place where we are doing all our work from right now. It feels a bit different being based in a housing society instead of one of those big glass office towers, but it actually works out well for us. It’s a lot quieter and feels more like a home than a sterile workplace. We spend our days on our computers, dealing with software and managing various bits of information. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of people running around. We’re just a small group that knows how to handle code and data. We sit in a regular room that we’ve converted into our workspace. There are wires everywhere and usually a few half-empty coffee mugs sitting on the desks. We don’t have a receptionist or a fancy lobby to greet people. If you walk in, you just see us working. South Extension is a good area, even if the traffic can be a real nightmare during the rush hours. We don’t really do the whole corporate thing. We wear what we want and we work until the specific task is finished. It’s a very practical way to run a tech business without all the high costs of a fancy office park. We just focus on what’s on the screen and the code.
