We are based at 207/7, Ghaffar Manzil, in the Okhla area of New Delhi. It is a very lively part of the city, and there is always something happening right outside our windows. The streets are narrow and crowded, but that’s just part of the charm of working in this neighborhood. Our office is tucked away in the building, and it’s a bit of a climb up the stairs to get to us. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of files stacked up on the shelves. We do corporate solutions, which sounds complicated, but mostly it just involves a lot of organizing and talking to people on the phone. The air conditioner is usually running full blast during the summer because Delhi gets incredibly hot. We share a lot of meals together in the small kitchen area, usually something we’ve brought from home in our lunch boxes. It’s not a very big team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, whether it’s answering emails or fixing a jammed printer. We don't have any polished speeches about what we do. We just come in, handle the tasks that are waiting for us, and try to get home before the evening traffic gets too bad. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it works for us. We like the energy of Okhla and wouldn't want to move the office anywhere else right now.
