We work out of a building at 61/A-1 in Arjun Nagar, which is part of the Safdarjung Enclave area. It’s a residential-looking street but with a lot of businesses tucked away. Acktron Security System has been here for years. Our office is filled with cameras, wires, and various security gadgets we’re either testing or getting ready to install somewhere. It’s not the most organized place, as there’s always a box of cables or a ladder leaning against a wall. The technicians are usually in and out, headed to different sites across the city. Those of us who stay in the office handle the phones and the paperwork. It gets quite busy, especially when a lot of service calls come in at once. We don't have a polished showroom for customers. Usually, we just show people the equipment right at our desks if they come by. The neighborhood is okay, though parking is always a headache for anyone visiting. We’ve got a small pantry where we make tea several times a day to keep going. It’s a practical environment. We focus on the hardware and making sure the systems work like they’re supposed to. We aren't big on corporate talk or fancy presentations. We just know our gear and try to keep things simple for everyone involved. It's just a regular office doing regular security work day in and day out.
