We are located at House Number 6A on the ground floor in Sheikh Sarai 1, which is quite close to Apeejay Public School. Being on the ground floor makes it much easier for our patients who are struggling with their movement. We have a few treatment beds and some basic exercise equipment like bands and weights. The room isn't huge, but it's enough space to get people moving again. You can often hear the school bell ringing or kids playing nearby during the day. We spend a lot of time showing people how to stretch or lift things properly. It’s hands-on work. My hands are usually tired by the end of the day from all the massages and adjustments. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, whoever is free just answers the phone. The walls have a few posters showing muscles and bones to help explain things. Sometimes people come in quite frustrated because they are in pain, so we just listen and start the exercises. We keep things very straightforward here. There’s no fancy jargon or complicated machines that nobody understands. It’s just about getting the body working right again through a bit of hard work and patience. We’ve been in this SFS Category 1 area for a bit, and we’ve become a normal part of the daily routine for people around Sheikh Sarai who need to get back on their feet.
