Accolade Systems Pvt. Ltd. is located at C-22 in the Community Center on Pankha Road in Janakpuri. Being in a community center means there is always something going on around us, from people shopping to kids running around. Our office is up a flight of stairs that squeaks a bit. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and a lot of cables. We deal with systems, so there are always parts and pieces of hardware lying around that we are testing or fixing. It isn't the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. The light in Janakpuri during the winter is quite nice through our front window, though it gets a bit hot in the summer. We don't have a dress code here. You’ll usually find us in jeans and t-shirts, hunched over monitors. We’ve been at this Pankha Road location for a while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. We don't have a receptionist to greet you; you just walk in and find someone. We aren't looking to be some tech giant with a campus. We just like having this spot where we can solve problems and get through our task lists every day. It’s a quiet life for the most part, punctuated by the occasional rush when a project deadline looms or a system needs urgent attention. We just do the work and try to keep things running smoothly for everyone.
