I’ve been around Batla House for a long time now. My place is right at F-45, just a short walk from the main Jamia Nagar area. It’s a busy spot, always something happening outside the door. I started this because I wanted to do something for myself right here in the neighborhood. People stop by, sometimes they just want to chat, and that’s fine with me. We aren’t a big company with fancy offices or anything like that. It’s just me, Abrar Ahmad, and a couple of helpers trying to keep things running. The traffic in Okhla can be a bit of a headache, especially during peak hours, but we manage to get things done. I’ve lived in New Delhi my whole life and this corner of it feels like home. If you are looking for us, look for the building near the landmark everyone knows. We don't have a big sign but we are there. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we just get on with it and don't complain. It’s a simple setup. I handle most of the day-to-day stuff myself. My family lives nearby too, so I'm always around. We try to be fair with everyone who walks in. It’s not about being the biggest, just about being here and doing the work. You get used to the noise of the streets after a while. I like the energy of the market around here. It keeps you on your toes. We’re just regular people.
