3I Infotech

Being at C 129 in Lajpat Nagar 1 puts us right in the thick of things in New Delhi. Most people know Lajpat Nagar for the big markets, but we are here for work at 3I Infotech. The office is a practical space, nothing too special to look at, just a place where we can sit down and get into our work. We deal with a lot of technical stuff every day, so we need the quiet of the office even though the world outside is very loud and chaotic. There are usually boxes of cables sitting in the corner and stacks of paper on the desks that we have not gotten around to filing yet. It is a busy environment. We usually grab lunch from one of the many stalls nearby because the food in this area is great. That is probably the best part of being located here. We do not have a big mission statement on the wall or anything. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and try to make sure everything is functioning right before we head home. It gets really crowded on the metro near here, so we all have our own ways of dealing with the commute. It is just a group of people working hard in a small office in a very famous part of the city. We keep it simple and just focus on the day’s tasks.
