Finding us at A 80 in Kallu Mohalla can be a bit tricky if you are not from around East Kailash Garhi. It is one of those parts of New Delhi that is very packed and full of life at every hour. The office is right in the middle of all that. We are 3I Infotech and we operate out of this space doing various tech jobs and data management. It is a tight squeeze sometimes with all the desks and equipment we have squeezed in here. You can always hear the sounds of the neighborhood coming through the windows, like the street vendors or the motorbikes zooming past in the narrow lanes. We do not mind it much because it feels like being part of the real city. Inside, it is all about the work. We have our computers set up and we just get through the lists of tasks. There is a lot of clicking and the hum of the servers in the background. We are not doing anything that would make a movie, just the daily grind of tech support and office work. We take turns going out to get snacks from the local shops nearby. It is a very grounded way to work. We do not use big words to describe what we do. We just fix what is broken and manage the systems we are responsible for every single day.
