S.M.Ice Cream Mart

We've been at J.R.Indl.Estate on Bakrahat Road for a while now. Running S.M.Ice Cream Mart keeps us pretty busy every day. Rasapunja is where we set things up and it's a decent spot for the work we do. Most mornings start early here, getting everything ready before the heat kicks in. It isn't a fancy setup or anything, just a regular place where we handle our ice cream business. Sometimes the road gets a bit crowded with trucks, but that is just part of being in an industrial estate. We mostly just focus on getting the orders right and making sure the freezers are running like they should. It’s a lot of manual work and checking temperatures. People around here know where we are if they need to drop by. We don't really do much advertising because the work usually speaks for itself. There is always something to clean or a machine that needs a look, so there is rarely a quiet moment in the shop. We just stay focused on the daily tasks. It’s a straightforward way to make a living. The neighborhood is quiet enough in the evenings after the other businesses close up. We plan to stay right here in Rasapunja for the foreseeable future. Just a small team doing what needs to be done every day to keep the mart going. Nothing too complicated about it.
