You can find us at 103/D Garia Gardens in Kolkata. We’ve been operating as Calls Incorporated from this spot for a while. Garia is a lively part of the city, and our office reflects that. Since we deal with calls, the place is rarely quiet. There’s always someone talking or the sound of headsets being clicked into place. It’s not a fancy corporate call center with rows of identical cubicles. It feels more like a lived-in space where people actually work. We don't have a lot of rules about what you wear as long as the work gets done and the people on the other end of the line are happy. Some of us work different shifts because that’s just the nature of the business. We drink a lot of coffee and tea to stay sharp. The building itself is an older one, so it has some character, even if the stairs are a bit narrow. We don't spend money on big ads or trying to look bigger than we are. We just take the calls, handle the queries, and try to be useful. Some days the phones are non-stop and it feels like a bit of a madhouse, but we usually manage to have a laugh at the end of the day. It’s a job that requires a lot of patience, and we’ve got a team that’s pretty good at that.
