Tekscent Software Solutions Private Limited is actually run out of a house, specifically House No 21 in Jeewan Nagar. We are on Old D C Road in Sonipat. It doesn't feel like a corporate office because it’s a residential neighborhood. You see neighbors walking by and hear the local traffic while we are inside working on software. Sonepat has its own pace, a bit slower than the big cities, and we like that. The house is old but we have it set up with everything we need. There are cables everywhere and several monitors on every desk. We often leave the windows open when the weather is nice, though the dust can be a bit much sometimes. Being in Jeewan Nagar means we are close to the local markets, which is handy when we need to pick up office supplies or something for lunch. We are just a small group of people who know each other well. There is no formal dress code or anything like that here. We just show up and get to work. Sometimes we sit out in the small yard for a break. It's a simple setup but it works for what we do. Sonipat is growing, but our street still feels like a quiet corner of the world. We have been here for a while and the people around know who we are. It’s a practical way to run a business without all the extra costs of a big office park.
