The market is always loud and full of energy, and we fit right in. We deal with all sorts of infotech stuff—computers, servers, and setting up office connections. It’s a lot of cables and testing things to see why the signal is weak. Our shop isn't perfectly organized; there are usually boxes of routers and cables waiting to be used or shipped out. We are a small team and we all do a bit of everything. One day I might be answering the phone and the next I’m out pulling wires through a ceiling at a local warehouse. We don’t use any of those fancy mission statements. We just want to get the job done so our customers can get back to their own businesses. It’s a practical way of working. Being near the G T Road means we get all sorts of people walking in with broken laptops or asking about software updates. We try to be helpful and honest about what we can do.
