Kay Engineers

Kay Engineers is based out of 69, R.K. Vihar, which is right on Jattal Road. It is a busy spot to be in. There is always dust from the road and the sound of horns because Jattal Road never seems to sleep. We have been operating from this location for quite some time. The office is more like a workspace where we keep all our tools and parts. We are not into fancy decorations. We have some sturdy tables and a lot of metal components lying around. It looks like a place where work actually happens, which is the point. Being an engineering outfit, we spend a lot of time measuring things and looking at drawings. Sometimes the light in the back room isn't the best, so we use those clip-on lamps. R.K. Vihar is a decent enough area, though finding a rickshaw in the evening can be a bit of a struggle. We just take the projects as they come. There is no complicated philosophy here. If something needs to be built or fixed, we figure out a way to do it. We mostly stick to our own tasks. The neighbors are mostly other small businesses, so everyone just minds their own business. We have a small kettle for making tea when it gets cold in the winter. It is a simple setup but it works for us.
