Intel Gas Gadgets

Intel Gas Gadgets is over at Plot 25 in the HSIDC Industrial Estate. It’s a typical industrial setting with lots of warehouses and factories around us. We work on gas-related equipment and gadgets. It’s technical work and you have to be careful with everything. We have a workshop where we put things together and test them. There is usually a smell of metal and sometimes a bit of solder in the air. We aren't a huge outfit. It’s a handful of us who know the technical side of things. We don't spend money on fancy signs or expensive furniture. Most of our budget goes into the tools we use. The industrial estate is a bit dusty and there are always trucks moving around. We have a small office area where we handle the billing and talk to customers. People usually call us when they have a specific problem with their gas setup. We don't do much talking; we just look at the equipment and see what needs to be fixed or replaced. It can be repetitive, but it’s what we know how to do. Some days are long, especially if a machine isn't behaving, but we eventually get it sorted. We’ve been at this for a good number of years now and the routine suits us just fine. We don't see the need to polish things up for a website or any brochure. This is just where we work and what we do to get by. It’s been our life for a while.
