We are based at A-586 in the Ricco Industrial Area, Phase-I, 1. Jogindra Engineering Works has been around this part of the industrial zone for a long time. The area has grown up around us, with more sheds and factories popping up every year. Our work is mostly focused on heavy engineering and fabrication. It’s loud, hot, and there is always something that needs fixing. We have a crew of guys who really know their way around a welding torch and a lathe. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or corporate meetings. Usually, we’re just huddled around a piece of steel trying to figure out the best way to bend it. The office is just a small room with a window looking out onto the shop floor. It gets pretty dusty, so we are always wiping down the computers. We’ve had our share of ups and downs, especially when the power goes out or a shipment gets stuck. But we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to be global leaders or anything like that. We just want to do the job we promised to do. Most of our customers are other local factories who need parts or repairs. We take a lot of pride in just being able to solve a mechanical problem that’s been bothering someone. It’s a good, honest way to spend the day. Sometimes we stay a bit late to finish a weld.
