Jiet Jind

Our location is in the village of Bhawar, which falls under the Gohana tehsil in the Sonepat district of Haryana. It’s a bit of a journey to get out here if you aren't from the local area, but we like the quiet of the V. P. O. setup. Jiet Jind is basically a building where we gather to handle our daily responsibilities. The roads around Sonepat are often busy with tractors and local transport, so there is always a bit of dust and noise from the outside. The building itself is quite plain, built more for function than for looking good. We have several rooms that we use for different things, and the furniture is just basic wooden desks and chairs. Being in a rural part of Haryana means things move a bit slower than they do in the big cities, and we are fine with that. We know most of the people who come by because news travels fast in Bhawar. We don’t have a website that we update constantly or any fancy brochures to hand out. Most of our work is done face-to-face with the people who live in or around Gohana. We just open up in the morning, do what needs to be done, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s a steady way to live and work, and we’ve been doing it this way at this address for quite a while now.
