We are based in Bichpari, which is a small place near Gohana in Sonepat. My father, Ramchander Bhardwaj, has lived here for many years. Cms Computers Ltd is what we call the business, and we are situated right near the local Post Office. It is a handy location because everyone passes by it on their way to do errands anyway. In a village like ours, you cannot really hide if you do a bad job, so we just try to be honest with everyone who walks in. We deal with computers, printers, and all those things that people need for their shops or homes. It is not always easy getting the latest parts out here in rural Haryana, but we make do with what we can find. Sometimes we have to take a long trip into the city to get what is needed for a specific repair. We do not have a marketing team or anyone to write nice things about us. It is just me, Sanjay, and the rest of the family. We see the same people at the market and the post office every single day. If a computer is lagging or will not turn on, they bring it over and we take a look. We do not charge for a bit of advice, just for the work we actually finish. It is a humble setup, nothing flashy or modern. We use old wooden tables and have wires everywhere, but we know where everything is. That is just how it works for us.
