A. M. Engineering is situated right on Ambla Road. If you're looking for us, we are tucked under the Kalpna Bridge, just opposite the Reliance Tower. That tower is a good landmark because the bridge hides us a little bit from the main view. It’s a noisy spot with the traffic overhead, but you get used to the sound after a week or two. The shop itself is pretty basic. We have our tools laid out where we can find them. It's not always the tidiest place, but we know where everything is. We spend most of our time working on whatever projects come through the door. Usually, there’s a bit of grease on our hands by noon. The lighting inside isn't the best, so we use some extra lamps when we're doing the detailed bits. On rainy days, the water can pool up a bit near the bridge entrance, so we have to watch out for that. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the trade. We’ve seen the area around the Reliance Tower change quite a bit over the years. Some new shops opened up, but we've stayed right here. It’s a practical location for getting supplies. We don't bother with fancy brochures or a front office. If you need something, you just come by and talk to us directly. It's much easier that way and saves everyone a lot of time and trouble during the work week.
